You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach. We are not liable for losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your account.

All intellectual property rights in our services—including software, documentation, logos, and designs—belong to Sigmoid AI Solutions or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant Sigmoid AI Solutions a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use and incorporate that feedback without obligation to you.

Any non-public information shared by Sigmoid AI Solutions and marked (or reasonably understood to be) confidential must be protected with the same degree of care you apply to your own confidential information, and at least reasonable care. You may use confidential information only to evaluate or engage with our services.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES—EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY—INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGMOID AI SOLUTIONS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sigmoid AI Solutions, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the services. Upon termination, all rights and licences granted to you will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved in the courts of Nanded, Maharashtra, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
